This study aimed to test the Factors that affect the auditors dysfunctional behaviour. The population in this study is the auditor who worked on a public accounting firm in Pekanbaru, Padang and Batam. KAP total sample of 20,100 respondents. This study using Convenience Sampling. Criteria used in this sampling 1) auditor who worked on KAP Pekanbaru, Padang and Batam. 2) the level of senior auditors, junior auditors, supervisor, manager and partner. 3) long worked as auditors at least 1 years. These result indicate that 1) locus of control on dysfunctional auditors, 2) performance auditors affect the dysfunctional of auditors, 3) leadership style affect the dysfunctional of auditors, 4) turnover intention affect the dysfunctional auditors, 5) commitment professional affect the performance auditors, 6) time budget pressure affect the dysfunctional of auditors , 7) job stress affect the dysfunctional of auditors .
