Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Dengan Corporate Social Responsibility Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2012-2014

Research conducted on mining companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in year 2012-2014. Total population is about 18 mining companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, in order to obtain the total sample of 16 companies. The dependent variable in this study is the performance of companies using financial performance of ROE. The independent variable is an indicator of good corporate governance with managerial ownership, institutional ownership, board size, and the intervening variable is CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is proxied by CSR Index. According to the results indicate that managerial ownership and institutional ownership has no significant effect on CSR. Variable board size has a significant influence on CSR. Then managerial ownership and board size has no significant effect on ROE, however the institutional ownership and CSR have a significant effect on ROE. Further managerial ownership has no effect on ROE through CSR, however the institutional ownership and board size have influence on ROE through CSR.
