Sensitivitas Ekstrak Buah Mengkudu (Morinda Citrifolia L.) Terhadap Bakteri Streptococcus Agalactiae
The research was conducted from October to December 2014 in the Laboratory of Parasitic Diseases of Fish Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, and Laboratory of Organic and Natural Material of Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Riau, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to determine the concentration of noni fruit (Morinda citrifolia L.) that can inhibitory the growth of Streptococcus agalactiae and lethal dose50 to be given to the fish. Sensitivity studies test using completely randomized design 16 treatments and 3 replications. Concentration used in the assay sensitivity is control (Ampicillin), 4%, 5%, 6%, 7%, 8%, 9%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% of extract methanol Morinda citrifolia L. The results show M. citrifolia L. solution to Streptococcus agalactiae sensitivity average highest inhibition zone formed on concentration 100% of 26.47 mm, Minimum Inhibitory Concentration test of extract methanol Morinda citrifolia L. on concentration 5% of 78 x 108 cfu/mL. Lethal Dosis50 test solution for tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) extract methanol Morinda citrifolia L. for 24 hours after Reed and Muench analysis contained in the concentration of 1.42%. Key word: Morinda citrifolia L., Minimum Inhibitory Concentration, Sensitivitas, Streptococcus agalactiae
