Pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah (Pad) Dan Dana Alokasi Umum (Dau) Terhadap Alokasi Belanja Daerah (Studi Pada Pemerintah Kabupaten/ Kota Diprovinsi Riau)

This study aims to look at the influence of Local Revenue (PAD) and General Allocation Funds (DAU) on the Allocation of Regional Expenditures (Study in the regencies / cities in Riau Province). Population in this research is all Regency / City of Riau Province consist of 10 regencies and 2 cities. The authors in the study took the entire population. The research method that used in this research is quantitative method and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 21.00. The results of the analysis indicate a significant level of Local Original Revenue of 0,000 < 0.05 with a value of 4.145 t count so as to prove that PAD has a positive effect on direct spending. Number of significance for variable of General Allocation Fund equal to 0,143 with t arithmetic 1.502 so it can be concluded that General Allocation Fund has no effect on individually influence indirect spending. The number of significance for the variable of Original Regional Revenue of 0.000 with the value of t count 4,572 so it can be concluded that the Indigenous Population Region individually greatly affect direct expenditure. Number of significance for variable of General Allocation Fund equal to 0,000 with value t count 4,65 so it can be concluded that General Allocation Fund influence individually influence direct expense.
