Pengaruh Motivasi, Stress Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Pengalaman Terhadap Kinerja Auditor Dengan Rekan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Empiris Pada Kantor Akuntan Publik Kota Pekanbaru, Padang Dan Medan)

Study this aims to examine the effect of motivation, work stress, leadership style and work of experience of auditors, working partner as moderating variable on the auditor performance in Public Accounting Firm in Pekanbaru, Padang and Medan. The sample use were as many as 88 auditors respondens. The type of data used is primary data by using questionnaire method of data collection. The method of data analysis used in this study is simple random sampling with the help of software SPSS version 20.0. The result of this research indicates that every increase of motivation by 1 unit hence improve auditor performance equal to 0,196, every work stress increase by 1 unit decrease auditor performance equal to 0,248, every increase of leadership style equal to 1 unit improve auditor performance equal to 0,294, unit increase performance of auditor equal to 0,308, every increase of interaction motivation with co-worker equal to 1 unit improve auditor performance equal to 0,028, every increase of interaction work stress with celleagues equal to 1 unit will decrease auditor performance equal to 0,039. Every interaction of leadership style with co-worker by 1 unit to improve auditor performance equal to 0,061, every increase of experiencewith co-worker equal to 1 unit improve auditor performance equal to 0,028
