The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the Influence of General Allocation Funds, Local Original Income, Time More Budget Financing and Area of Capital Expenditures at Regency/City Government in Riau Province. The variables tested in this research are General Allocation Fund, Local Original Income, Remaining More Budget Financing and Area to Capital Expenditure. This study uses secondary data in the form of Report on Realization of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Riau Province in 2011-2015 and data on the area obtained from Central Bureau of Statistics of Riau Province. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression with t test, f test, and test coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that (1) General Allocation Fund has influence toward Capital Expenditure, it is indicated by the value of thitung variable of General Allocation Fund (2,460) and ttabel (2,014) and significant value (0,018)
