Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility, Kebijakan Dividen, Ukuran Perusahaan, Free Cash Flow DanGood Corporate Governance Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2015)

This study aimed to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility, dividend policy, firm size, free cash flow, and good corporate governance on firm value. The mechanism of good corporate governance in this study include the board of commissioners, size of the board of director, audit committee, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership. The object under study is a manufacturing company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 to 2015 with total sample 80 companies. File obtained by using purposive sampling method. Testing is done by using SPSS Version 20. The result showed that (1) corporate social responsibility set influence on firm value as shown by sig. 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05), (2) dividend policy set influence on firm value as shown by sig. 0,000 (0,000 < 0,5), (3) free cash flow set influence on firm value as shown by sig. 0,025 (0,027 < 0,05), (4) managerial ownership set influence on firm value as shown by sig. 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05), (5) institutional ownership set influence on firm value as shown by sig. 0,000 (0,000 < 0,05), (6) Firm size does not have an effect on the firm value as shown by sig. 0,446 (0,446 > 0,05), (7) board of commissioners does not have an effect on the firm value as shown by sig. 0,511 (0,551 > 0,05), (8) size of the board of director does not have an effect on the firm value as shown by sig. 0,361 (0,361 > 0,05), and (9) audit committee does not have an effect on the firm value as shown by sig. 0,146 (0,146 > 0,05).
