Konsentrasi Amoniak Pada Pemeliharaan Ikan Lele Dumbo (Clarias Gariepinus) Di Media Rawa Gambut Dengan Sistem Bioflok
Research was conducted from October 10th to November 14th 2016. The purpose of this research to determine optimum dose of best probiotics dose to decreased levels of ammonia (NH3) in aquaculture medium by using bioflocs system. This study used experimental method, completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications. The research method used: P1: Probiotic Biotren Dose 0 ml/m3 , P2: Probiotic Biotren Dose 20 ml/m3, P3: Probiotic Biotren Dose 30 ml/m3, P4: Probiotic Biotren Dose 40 ml/m3. The result showed that addition bacterial dose in bioflocs techniques affect significantly on dereased levels of ammonia (NH3), the specific growth, the growth of absolute weight, but does not affect absolute length growth and survival rate. The best bacterial dose was on treatment P4 40 ml/m3 with amoniak concentration 0,2, daily growth rate 2,41%, growth of absolute weight 4,04 g and survival rate 97,09%.
