Pengaruh Modal Kerja, Inovasi Dan Tingkat Pendidikan Terhadap Kinerja Umkm (Studi Empiris Pada Umkm Di Kabupaten Siak)

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital, innovation and level of education on the performance of MSMEs. The population used in this study were all MSMEs in Siak District, which numbered 22,948 MSMEs. The sampling technique used was using the Slovin formula and with criteria so that the sample in this study were 102 MSMEs that received CSR programs in Siak Regency. The data collection method used in this study was to distribute questionnaires to MSMEs that received CSR programs in Siak Regency. Data analysis was performed with multiple regression models with the help of SPSS software. Based on the results of tests that have been conducted, it shows that working capital, innovation and education level have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that: 1) working capital has an effect on the performance of MSMEs with a significance level of 0.005
