Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keterlambatan Penyerapan Anggaran Belanja Satuan Kerja Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau Tahun 2017
This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of planning, administration, human resources, procurement of goods and services, and regulations against delay absorption of the working unit of the Ministry of budget of the religious province of Riau Year 2017. The population in this research is a unit of work that is involved in the management of the budget in the region of Riau Province Ministry of Religion as much as 73 satker, with the number of respondents 161 people consisting of officials of Commitment Maker (PPK), Treasurer Expenses (BP) and Employee planning. Sampling technique used was Saturated/Census Sampling. The data used is primary data. A method of data analysis in this study using Multiple Linear Regression models.
The results showed that the planning, administration, human resources, procurement of goods/services and the regulation of influential and significantly to delay the absorption of budget. The study found the presence of the influence of planning, administration, human resources, procurement of goods/services and regulation. While the rest is affected by other variables that are not included in the regression model. The results of this research can be used as input for a work unit of the Ministry of the religious province of Riau for improvement absorption budget in the future.
