Pengaruh Penambahan Probiotik Pada Pakan Dengan Dosis Yang Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Ikan Nila Merah (Oreochromis Sp) Dengan Sistem Resirkulasi
The purpose of this research was to knew the best doses of probiotic and to increase the growth of red tilapia fish (Oreochromis sp). This research was conducted for 42 days from March 17 to April 25, 2019, which took place in the Technology Aquaculture Laboratory of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine University of Riau. This research was using the experimental method by completely random design (RAL) one factor with three replications. The treatments were : P0 = Probiotic 0 %/kg feed, P1 = Probiotic 1 %/kg feed, P2 = Probiotic 2 %/kg feed, P3 = Probiotic 3 %/kg feed. To minimize the error of each treatment level, repeated 3 times. The material used for biofloc technology is multi-cell probiotics, molasses and sea water which are diluted to 6 ppt. The optimal doses is found in treatment P1 (probiotic 1 %/kg feed) resulting in an absolute growth of 10,00 g, growth of an average length of 4,34 cm, the specific growth rate of 4.68%, the survival rate was 76% and feed efficiency was 33,03 %.
