Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Higher Order Needs Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Budaya Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi Pada Pegawai Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Tuanku Tambusai
Competition in the business sector today requires every bank to be able to provide maximum performance. Therefore it is required to improve the performance of existing employees. For this reason, each bank must understand various factors that are able to improve employee performance. Based on these problems, this study aims to determine the Effect of Transformational Leadership and Higher Order Needs on Employee Performance with Organizational Culture as Moderating Variables at Bank Employees BRI Tuanku Tambusai Branch Office.
This research was carried out on Bank Employees BRI Tuanku Tambusai Branch Office, the number of samples used was as many as 246 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis using moderated regression analysis (mra) and whith SPSS 23.00 for Windows.
The results of the study show that: 1) There is the Effect of Transformational Leadership and Higher Order Needs on Employee Performance. 3) There is the Effect of Transformational Leadership and Higher Order Needs on Employee Performance moderated by organizational culture.
Based on the results of the study, Bank BRI Tuanku Tambusai Branch Office must be able to overcome the problems of transformational leadership and Higher Order Needs, as well as implementing organizational culture properly.
