Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa Provinsi Riau
This study aimed to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership on job satisfaction and performance. The study was conducted in Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat and Desa Provinsi Riau.
The data used consist of primary and secondary data. Data were collected by using questionnaires that given to 115 employees of Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat and Desa Provinsi Riau that used Slovin Formula. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and the research hyphotheses by using relevant statistical tests. Variables used are organizational culture and leadership as independent variable, performance as dependent variable and job satisfaction to moderating or moderation variable. Analyzer used is path analysis by using program of SPSS 21 for windows.
The results of this study conclude that organizational culture has a direct influence significantly on job satisfaction, the leadership directly influence significantly to job satisfaction, organizational culture directly influence significantly on performance, leadership directly influence significantly on performance, and job satisfaction directly influence significantly to performance. Based on this research, the factors of Organizational Culture,Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Performance should be developed by Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat and Desa Provinsi Riau.
