Analisis Penerapan Indonesia Case Based Groups (INA-CBG’s) Dalam Pelayanan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Di Rumah Sakit Kabupaten Pelalawan
In order to implement the Universal Health Coverage (UHC) the government has organized several forms of social security in the health sector, including the BPJS Kesehatan. As it goes, there is a discrepancy in hospital tariff methods, namely fee for services and BPJS Kesehatan tariff method, namely Indonesia Case Based Groups (INA-CBG's) that have the potential to be beneficial or detrimental to the hospital.
This study aims to investigate at the factors that influence the difference in tariff which are ward class, length of stay, operative treatment, severity level and hospital type. The research method used was an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach. The study was conducted on inpatient unit in three hospitals in Pelalawan District in 2017. The sampling technique was convenience sampling. The analysis model used is a multiple regression analysis model with t test and test of coefficient of determination (Adj.R2), data collected and processed with SPSS 25.0 statistical program.
The results showed that the ward class has a significant effect with the significance value 0.000. The length of stay has a significant effect with the significance value 0.000. The operative treatment has a significant effect with the significance value 0.000. The severity has a significant effect with the significance value 0.000. The type of hospital has a significant effect with the significance value 0.000.
