The purpose of this study is to test business risk, asset structure, liquidity and return on equity affect funding decisions with Institutional Ownership as a moderating variable in the property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The population in this study are all companies registered in Indonesian securities in 2016-2017.
The sample was determined by a purposive sampling method wherein 47 companies were selected from the property and real estate sectors listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The data source used in the study is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that business risk, asset structure, liquidity and return on equity affect the funding decisions and Institutional ownership is not able to moderate the relationship between business risk, asset structure, liquidity and return on equity towards Funding Decisions.
