Pengaruh Good Governance, Desentralisasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Organisasi dengan Budaya Organisasi sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kota Pekanbaru)
Pekanbaru City Government Performance Report (LKj-IP) in 2016 received a C score (somewhat less) besides that it still included the Pekanbaru City Government activity program not reaching the target with a small realization contribution of 50%. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Good Governance, decentralization, and organizational commitment on organizational performance with organizational culture moderated by the OPD of Pekanbaru City. The population in this study was the Pekanbaru Regional Organization (OPD) which examined 43 OPDs. Respondents in this study were structural officials consisting of Echelon II, III, and IV in the OPD of Pekanbaru City. By using purposive sampling method obtained samples obtained 129 respondents. The data source in this study is primary data. The data collection method used is the survey method using a questionnaire. Data analysis used Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the study indicate that good governance affects organizational performance. Decentralization has an effect on organizational performance. Organizational commitment influences organizational performance. Organizational culture moderates the effect of good governance on organizational performance. Organizational culture does not moderate the influence of decentralization on organizational performance. Organizational culture moderates the influence of organizational commitment on organizational performance.
