ABSTRACT

The purpose of the study is to empirically evidence of the influence of variable profitability, investment decisions, tax avoidance, inflation and exchange rates (exchange rate) on the value of the company. The population in this research is the entire banking Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2017. The sampling techniques used are purposive sampling, with samples fulfilling the company's 19 criteria for 3 years with an overall sample number of 57 samples. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple regression analysis techniques with SPSS software support version 23. Based on the results of the study proves that:(1) profitability affects The value of the company with significance 0.011 < 0.05, (2) The investment decision affects The value of the company with a degree in significance 0.025 < 0.05, (3) tax avoidance has no effect To the Company's value with significance level 0.553 > 0.05, (4) inflation has no influence on the company's value with a significance rate of 0.152 > 0.05, (5) exchange rate (rates) have an influence on the value of the company by Significance level 0.036 < 0.05.
