This research aims to test the influences: Competency, role of village apparatus, Organization Commitment, and Community Participation in Village Fund Management Accountability. Respondent in the study amounted to 70 people who worked in the village pangkalan lesung sub-district and ukui sub-district pelalawan regency. Method of determinantion of the sample using the method of purposive sampling with certain criteria. Data analyze tecniques to test the hypothesis using SmartPLS software assistance Partial Least Square (PLS). The results shows that competence, the role of village tools, organization commitments and community participation have a direct influence on the impact on village funding management accountability. This can be seen from partial test results of competency variabel which found the results of the t count is greater that t table (2,884 > 1,997). Based on a partial test results for role of village apparatus variabel which found the results of the t count is greater that t table (2,405 > 1,997). Than Based on a partial test results for Organization Commitment variabel which found the results of the t count is greater that t table (2,018 > 1,997). While the Community Participation variabel which found the results of the t count is greater that t table (3,080 > 1,997).
