Pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen, Kebijakan Leverage, Keputusan Investasi Dan Manajemen Laba Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Tahun 2015-2018)

ABSTRACT
This research aim to to know influence of policy of dividend (X1), policy of leverage (X2), decision of invesment (X3) and earning management (X4) to company value at company of mining which enlist in BEI Year 2015-2018. This research is conducted at company of mining which enlist in Effect Exchange Indonesia (BEI) Year 2015-2018. Amount of population counted 41 company, while amount of sampel in this research counted 10 company with period of data during 4 year namely from year 2015 till year 2018, so that data to be presented to become 40 data. Withdr of sampel use method of purposive sampling while data analysis use Doubled Linear regresi. Result of research conclude that variable policy of dividend (X1), policy of leverage (X2), decision of invesment (X3) and earning management (X4) have an effect on to company value at company of mining which enlist in BEI Year 2015-2018, while pursuant to result of coefficient test of determinasi (R2) obtained by value of Adjusted R Square equal to 0.751 or equal to 75,1 %. This matter indicate that as a whole have an effect on to company value at company of mining which enlist in BEI Year 2015-2018 equal to 75,1 %, while the rest equal to 24,9 % influenced by other variable which do not in research in this research, as for some the variable among others is decision of financing, company size measure, ownership of instituasional, pobabilitas and policy of debt.
