ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the effect of Profesionalism, Work Experience, Job Stress, and Work Motivation againts taxes’s inspectioning. This research used saturation sampling method to get the sample for this research where the total sample is used by 72 taxes employes that registered as taxes inspectoring at pekanbaru’s taxes attandance office. Data collection techniques in this study is in the form of a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis were processed with SPSS version 25 for windows. This study used classic assumption test composed of normality test, heteroskedasity test, autocorrelation test, and multi collinearity test. While hypothesis test is down with t test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables are profesionalism, work experience, job stress, and work motivation affect the Performance Of Tax Inspectors on the level of significant (α)
