Pemeliharaan Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus Nemurus) Dengan Teknik Boster Sistem Resirkulasi Akuaponik Dengan Kepadatan Tanaman Yang Berbeda
ABSTRACT
The research Conducted from August 13 to October 8 2020 For 56 days at UPT Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciene, University of Riau. The method used was exprerimental method and RAL one factor with 4 level of treatment and 3 replications. The treatment level of this study was P0( without plant), P1(10 pakcoy plants/m2), P2(20 pakcoy plants/m2), and P3 (pakcoy plants/m2). The best result was on P3 (30 pakcoy plant/m2) specific growth rate of 5,99%, absolute growth weights of 15,75 g, absolute growth length of 7,50 cm, survival rate of 94,56%, the highest feed efficiency (63,41%), feed conversion 1,57 and density of bacteria of 182x109. The weight wat of 342 g, the weight dry 74 g, lenght of plant 6,8 cm. Water quality parameter recorded were :temperature 26,9-27,9 0C, ammonia (NH3) 0,000315-0,00175 mg/L, Nitrite (NO2) 0,065-1,18 mg/L,Nitrate (NO3) 0,095-1,435 mg/L, Dissolved Oxygen 6,24-7,53 and Carbondioksida 12-5 mg/L.
