Penetasan Telur Ikan Baung (Hemibagrus Nemurus) Yang Direndam Dengan Larutan Daun Pepaya (Carica Papaya L) Dengan Dosis Berbeda

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in August – September 2020 at the Laboratory
of Fish Hatchery and Breeding, Department of Aquaculture, Faculty of Fisheries
and Marine, Riau University. This study aims to determine the effect of papaya
leaf solution (Carica papaya L) with different doses on the degree of conception,
adhesion, hatching degree and survival rate of Baung fish larvae. This research
was conducted using Experimental Methods with a completely randomized design
(CRD), namely 4 levels of treatment and 3 replications. The doses of papaya leaf
solution used were P1 (0 g/L), P2 (0.4 g/L), P3 (0.5 g/L) and P4 (0.6 g/L).
Soaking fish eggs in papaya leaf for 4 minutes with an egg density of 500 eggs
and incubating it in the aquarium. Baung fish larvae are kept for 20 days with a
stocking density of 50 fish/aquarium. The results showed that the doses of papaya
