Pemanfaatan Tepung Daun Lamtoro Gung (Leucaena Leucocephala) Yang Difermentasi Dengan Kombucha Dalam Pakan Buatan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy)

ABSTRACT
Leucaena leaves meal contains protein ranging from 24-28% and
potentianlly used as feed ingredient in giants gourami fingerling’s feed. This
research was conducted to determine the suitability of leucaena leaves meal
fermented by kombucha (LLMF) as an alternative to soybean meal (SBM) in the
diets of giant gourami. The experimental method used was completely
randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replication. The fish were fed
on trial feed with substitution percentage of SBM by LLMF as much as 0%, 25%,
50%, 75% and 100%. This research was conducted for 56 days. In this research
15 cages were used to kept 375 fishes with an average weight of 1,61±0,05 g. The
fish were fed three times a day with 10% of its weight at 08.00, 12.00 and 16.00.
