Pemanfaatan Tepung Daun Kayu Apu (Pistia Stratiotes) Yang Difermentasi Kombucha Dalam Pakan Buatan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy)
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted on August - October 2020 at the Laboratory
of Fish Nutrition and Reservoir of Fisheries and Marine Faculty, Riau University.
The purpose of this research is to know the evaluated the effect of fermented water
lettuce leaf flour (FWLLF) in artificial feed on feed digestibility, feed efficiency and
growth of gouramy seeds. The research uses a Completely Randomized Design
(CRD) with one factor, five treatments and three replications. The treatment in
this study was the use of fermented water lettuce leaf flour in different percentages
P0 (0%), P1 (25%), P2 (50%), P3 (75%) and P4 (100%) in feed. The crude
protein content was 30%. The test feed given to gouramy as much as 10% of the
weight of biomass, given 3 times a day is at 08.00, 12.00 and 16.00 WIB. The
gouramy seeds are used with an average weight of 2.13 ± 0,09 g/fish and are
maintained in cages measuring 1x1x1 m. The seeds of gouramy are raised in each
of the 25 fish in cages. The container used to observe digestibility parameters is
an aquarium with a size of 60x40x40 cm with 20 of fish. The feed used for the
parameters of feed digestibility and protein digestibility was added with Cr2O3 as
much as 0,5% of the amount of feed made. The feed was given ad satiation with a
frequency of 3 times a day is at 08.00, 12.00 and 16.00 WIB. The feces were
collected are then dried and tested for Cr2O3 and protein. The result of this
research showed the best treatment is P3 (75% fermented water lettuce leaf flour)
with feed digestibility 67,53%, protein digestibility 81,51%, feed efficiency
31,16%, protein retention 24,61%, specific growth rate 2,78% and survival rate is
93,33% The quality of water during the study was in temperature 27,5-290C, pH
6-8 and DO 5-6,4 mg/L.
