Substitusi Tepung Kedelai Dengan Tepung Daun Eceng Gondok (Eichhornia Crassipes) Difermentasi Menggunakan Kombucha Dalam Pakan Untuk Pertumbuhan Benih Ikan Mas (Cyprinus Carpio)
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in January - February 2020 at the location Fisheries and Marine, Riau University and the Sei Tibun Fish Seed Center, Kampar Regency, Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using kombucha fermented water hyacinth leaf meal in feed for the growth of goldfish (Cyprinus carpio) seeds and can find out the optimal dose. The design used was a one-factor completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment in this study was the use of fermented water hyacinth leaf flour (TDEGF) as follows P0 (0% TDEGF), P1 (25% TDEGF), P2 (50% TDEGF), P3 (75% TDEGF), P4 (100% TDEGF) in feed. Ikam mas seeds were used with average weights ranging from 4.5 ± 0.2 g / head and each cage was filled with 25 test fish. The best results were found in P2 (50% TDEGF) with feed digestibility values 68.94, protein digestibility 85.01, feed efficiency 32.80, protein retention 52.45, specific growth rate 2.76% and 100% survival rate. Water quality during the study was temperature 28.4-310C, pH 5-6 and DO 4-5.9 mg / L.
