Pengaruh Pemberian Kombinasi Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Sintasan Larva Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy)

ABSTRACT
The research was conducted on September 1 – October 10, 2020, at the Laboratory of
Fish Hatchery and Breeding, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Affairs, Riau University,
Pekanbaru. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of feeding a combination of
feed (Artemia, Kutu Air, Tubifex sp. and MeM pellets) with a single feed of Artemia naupli. To
find out which feed combination is best for the growth and survival of gouramy larvae. The
study used a one-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments with three
replications. The treatments used (Naupli Artemia 100%), (Combination of Naupli Artemia
(50%) + Kutu Air (50%)), (Combination of Naupli Artemia (33.3%) + Kutu Air (33.3%) +
Tubifex sp. (33.3 %)), (Combination of Artemia Naupli (25%) + Water Flea (25%) + Tubifex sp.
(25%) + MeM Pellet (25%). From the results of the study, the best combination of feed
(Combination of Naupli Artemia (33.3%) + Kutu Air (33.3%) + Tubifex sp. (33.3%)) resulted in
absolute weight growth of 0.77 g, absolute length growth of 2. 9 cm, the specific growth rate of
10.88% and the survival rate of gouramy larvae was 100%. Single feeding A100% had no
significant effect (P>0.05) on the combination of feed A50%+KA50% but had a significant
