Pengaruh Pemberian Pakan Alami Yang Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Larva Ikan Zebra Pink (Danio Rerio)

ABSTRACT
Natural feeds that are often used as initial feed for fish larvae include Naupili artemia,
Rotifera and Infusoria. Through the provision of adequate feed, as well as high nutritional
content, it can stimulate the growth of Pink Zebra Fish larvae. This study aims to determine the
effect of natural feeding (Naupili artemia, Rotifera and Infusoria) on the growth and survival of
Pink Zebra Fish (Danio rerio) larvae. The method used was a 1 factor Completely Randomized
Design (CRD) with 6 treatment levels and 3 replications. The treatments were P1 : Naupili
artemia 30 days, P2 : Rotifera 30 days, P3 : Infusoria 30 days, P4 : Infusoria 15 days + Naupili
artemia 15 days, P5 : Rotifera 15 days + Naupili artemia 15 days, P6 : Infusoria 10 days +
Rotifera 10 days, Naupili artemia 10 days. Parameters measured were absolute weight, absolute
length growth, specific weight growth rate, survival rate and water quality. The results showed
that the best treatment for the effect of growth and survival of Pink Zebra (Danio rerio) larvae
was Infusoria 10 days + Rotifera 10 days + Naupili artemia 10 days. The absolute weight growth
was 0.0013 grams, the absolute length growth was 0.65 cm, the specific growth rate was
9.81%/day and the survival rate was 92.22%. Water quality parameters during the study,
temperature: 27-28°C, pH: 6.2-7, DO: 6.5-7.2 mg/L.
