Analisis Komparasi Parameter Dhot/Da, Eop Dan D1 Pada Pulp Bleaching Stage Terhadap Brightness Increment Antara Fiberline 3a Dan 3b Dengan Penguatan Pengujian Statistik Spss
One of the stages in pulp production that determines the quality of the final product is the bleaching stage of the pulp. The effectiveness of the pulp bleaching process is based on the final brightness value of the pulp obtained at the end of each stage. The purpose of this final project is to compare the parameters that have significant differences at each bleaching stage on the brightness increment DHot/DA to EOP and D1 between fiberline 3A and 3B and to determine the bleaching stage parameters that have a significant effect on the brightness increment DHot/DA-EOP and D1 between fiberline 3A and 3B. Based on the comparative analysis of pulp bleaching parameters, parameters that have significant differences in the brightness increment DA/DHot to EOP and D1 between fiberline 3A and 3B were obtained. Parameter analysis was strengthened by statistical testing through SPSS software. The collected data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. Based on comparative analysis and linear regression, the pulp bleaching parameters that have significant differences and a strong influence on the brightness increment DA-EOP were obtained, namely: ClO2 charge, inlet brightness and DA retention time with correlation coefficient values obtained are 0.870; 0.53 and 0.66, respectively, while in the pulp bleaching stage D1, based on comparative analysis and linear regression, the pulp bleaching parameters that have significant differences and strong influence on brightness increment D1 are obtained, namely: ClO2 charge and NaOH charge with correlation coefficients of 0.752 and 0.703, respectively.
