Evaluasi Program Dumai Minapolitan Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) Pt Kilang Pertamina Internasional Unit Dumai

Companies are responsible not only to their shareholders but also to the broader community and environment through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional Unit Dumai, as a state-owned enterprise, fulfills this responsibility through the Dumai Minapolitan Program, which focuses on the development of the fisheries sector and the empowerment of coastal communities. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Dumai Minapolitan CSR Program. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of the program is not yet fully optimal, especially in terms of sustainability and community involvement. The main challenges include limited coordination among stakeholders, constrained independent funding due to high capital needs, and low active participation from target groups. This study concludes that a more comprehensive strategy is needed to ensure the CSR program can make a significant and sustainable impact on the local community..
