Pengaruh Emosional, Kualitas Produk, Dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Toko Pm Collection Pekanbaru
The fashion industry is currently experiencing very rapid growth, which can be seen from the increasing market demand. Therefore, PM Collection Pekanbaru, which operates in the fashion sector, needs to be able to adapt to changing trends and be able to compete in order to survive in the market. This study aims to see the influence of emotion, product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at PM Collection Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 99 respondents. This study applies a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that emotion, product quality and price have a significant partial effect on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the third variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. In conclusion, increasing the emotional aspect, product quality, and price simultaneously can increase consumer satisfaction at PM Collection Pekanbaru. These findings are expected to be strategic input for management in designing a more effective marketing approach.
