Pengaruh Penggunaan Rasio Sweetener Stock Terhadap Filtrat Keluaran Save All
White water system is a system that serves to take back fines and fillers that escape and reduce the need for clean water usage in the paper machine. Save all is a tool to filter and separate solid fractions such as fine fibers and fillers using sweetener stock, namely short fiber or virgin pulp, which functions to capture fiber, fines and chemicals to separate from white water. The purpose of the Final Project is to determine the optimal ratio of sweetener stock to the save all output filtrate and to find out what causes the high solid content after save all. This Final Project is carried out by testing the percentage of the use of sweetener stock to white water to then obtain clean water. There are variations in the percentage of sweetener stock, namely 8%, 9%, 10%, 11% and 12% at TSS cloudy, clear and super clear. The final project results state that the use of a 12% ratio is appropriate for the process in the save all tool, if the ratio is too low then the sweetener stock will cause low concentration and not work optimally as a fiber binder and chemical in white water.
