Advancements in information technology are driving companies to enhance efficiency in data management, including in the field of human resources. PT Kreasijaya Adhikarya previously relied on manual reporting processes using physical documents, which led to various issues such as delays, inaccurate records, and difficulties in data access. Therefore, the development of a more modern, structured, and digital-based information system is necessary. This final project aims to design and develop a web-based Human Resources reporting information system capable of automating the processes of recording, processing, and reporting employee data, thereby improving work efficiency, minimizing input errors, and providing fast and transparent information access for management. The system was developed using JavaScript programming language, Firebase as the database platform, and system modeling through the UML approach (Use Case, Class, and Sequence Diagrams). The implementation results demonstrate that the system effectively replaces the manual method with more efficient digitalization, accelerates report generation, and enhances security and ease in managing employee data.
