Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai Menggunakan Metode Topsis Pada Kampung Buatan II
The advancement of information technology enables faster, more accurate, and efficient data processing, leading to the widespread adoption of computer-based systems to support decision-making processes. In public services, the use of such technology enhances transparency and efficiency, including in the distribution of social assistance. A Decision Support System (DSS) is designed to improve the effectiveness of decision-making by integrating data and analytical models to assist in handling semi-structured and unstructured decisions. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System for determining recipients of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) in Buatan II by implementing the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The system design uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, including Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams, and is implemented using the PHP programming language, CodeIgniter 4 framework, and MySQL database. The assessment parameters consist of 7 main criteria and 29 sub-criteria. Black box testing results indicate that the system functions properly and aligns with the defined design. The results of the study demonstrate that the developed system successfully implements the TOPSIS method in determining BLT recipients, with the ability to rank based on preference values, resulting in more objective and accurate decision-making.
