The Marriage Management Information System (SIMKAH) is a critical system that supports the marriage administration process at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). This study aims to identify and analyze information security risks in the use of SIMKAH at the Kubu Babussalam sub-district. The methodology refers to the ISO 27005:2018 standard for risk management processes and ISO 27001:2013 as a reference for recommending information security controls. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to KUA staff, supported by documentation studies. The results reveal several significant risks related to data security and system usage, such as potential data loss, unauthorized access, and insufficient user training. Risk analysis was carried out through the processes of risk identification, analysis, and evaluation, followed by the formulation of risk control recommendations based on ISO 27001 clauses. This study contributes to strengthening SIMKAH's information security management through a systematic and standardized approach and can serve as a reference for other KUA offices in implementing effective risk management.
