Sistem Informasi Registrasi Peserta Training Berbasis Web Menggunakan Php Dan Mysql

PT. Prima Transportasi Servis Indonesia, a partner of PT. Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper, focuses on the transportation and distribution of wood for the production of quality paper, employing approximately 900 people. The company requires a training program to enhance the competencies and productivity of its employees; however, the manual registration process for training poses challenges for the employees. Therefore, this research aims to develop a web-based training participant registration information system using PHP and MySQL, which can facilitate registration, improve the efficiency and accuracy of participant data management, and design an intuitive user interface. The methods used include system analysis, system design, and system implementation. The research results indicate that this new system can enhance the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of the training registration process, reduce human errors, and improve accessibility for employees. With the implementation of this information system, it is expected that PT. Prima Transportasi Servis Indonesia can optimize the training registration process and enhance the overall user experience, as well as support the effective development of employee competencies.
