This study aims to determine the validity and practicality of ecosystem e-modules integrated with local wisdom and its effect in improving Social Culture Awareness (SCA) Skills and critical thinking of students. The research was developed at the biology education study programme of FKIP Riau University and implemented at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. This research uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The analysis stage, namely conducting curriculum analysis, student needs, material, and teaching material analysis. The design stage, namely designing learning devices, research instruments, and ecosystem e-modules integrated with local wisdom. The development stage, namely developing products followed by validation tests and practicality tests (teacher practitioners, one-on-one trials, and small-scale trials). The validity test was carried out using a research instrument in the form of a validation sheet that assessed the product based on 3 aspects, namely didactic, construction and technical aspects, while the practicality test of the product was assessed using a practicality test sheet which also assessed 3 aspects, namely ease of use, time efficiency, and benefits. The implementation stage, namely conducting large-scale trials in the form of applying the ecosystem e-module integrated with local wisdom to class X students of SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. Evaluation stage, namely product evaluation at each stage.
The development results in the validity test received a score of 93.71% with a very valid category assessed based on didactic, construction, and technical aspects. Furthermore, the development results in the practicality test received a score of 97.73% with a very practical category which was assessed based on aspects of ease of use, time efficiency, and benefits. This was obtained based on the teacher practitioner expert test value of 98.72%, the one-on-one test value of 95.85%, and the small-scale trial value of 98.61%.
The results of the research at the implementation stage found that the critical thinking results of the pretest value in the experimental class were 59.7 with less critical criteria, but after getting treatment using the ecosystem e-module integrated with local wisdom obtained a posttest value of 83.7 with critical criteria. The n-gain value of the experimental class was 0.6 with a moderate category and effective in improving students' critical thinking skills. In the control class, the pretest value was 58.6 with less critical criteria, and the posttest value was 70.9 with fairly critical criteria, the control class N-Gain value was 0.29 with a low category in improving students' critical thinking skills.
For the results of Social Culture Awareness after being given treatment in the form of using an ecosystem e-module integrated with local wisdom, the average posttest value of the experimental class increased to 87 with very high criteria from the previous value of 79, while the control class increased to 74 but was still in the medium category from the previous value of 68. This shows that the use of ecosystem e-modules integrated with local wisdom can contribute to increasing

students' Social Culture Awareness (SCA). The results of hypothesis testing obtained a sig value of 0.000 < sig 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
Based on these data, it can be concluded that the ecosystem e-module integrated with local wisdom that has been developed is very valid and very practical and there is an effect of using e-modules on the ability of Social Culture Awareness (SCA) and critical thinking of students on ecosystem material in biology class X SMA Phase E.
