Higher education has an important role in improving the quality of human resources, one of which is through scholarship support. The Indonesia Smart Card Program (KIP-Kuliah) is a form of assistance that aims to support students in completing their education without economic barriers. This study aims to determine the effect of the utilization of the KIP-College scholarship on the learning outcomes of students of the Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau University. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression analysis method. The population in this study were all students who received KIP-College scholarships in the study program as many as 106 people, and 52 people were used as samples. Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis, a constant value of 3.589 and a regression coefficient of 0.021 were obtained.
