Abstract
Hand grinding machine tool is a tool that is useful for the process of cutting or smoothing metal objects, wood, concrete, ceramics, and others. This hand grinding machine tool will be modified using a frame that is useful as a vertical hand grinding holder. Based on the driving force this tool is moved manually. The frame that will be the hand grinding holder is made to facilitate the cutting process so that more perfect results are obtained. In this frame there is also a section that will accommodate the burr from the cutting process and there is also a splash-holding box from the cutting process on the frame. The working mechanism of the seated grinder is the use of a swing arm as well as a hand grinding holder, the swing arm is connected to the frame using the help of a spring. When cutting the material, it is clamped on a vise that can be adjusted because it uses a thread. In the cutting process, the grinder that has been connected to the swing arm can be used as it should. This grinding stand can make the cutting process faster and more efficient than doing the cutting process without using a hand grinding stand and minimize the occurrence of tilt to the results of the cutting.
