The process of borrowing official cars at Pusat Pengendalian Pembangunan Ekoregion Sumatera development control is currently conducted manually through the creation of notes, phone calls, or direct meetings between employees who need official cars and the official car management department. This method causes various problems, such as delays in submission and approval, difficulty in tracking the status of cars, and potential administrative errors. This study aims to improve the convenience, ease, and transparency in the process of borrowing official cars, as well as facilitate cooperation between borrowers, the official car manager, and department heads. The method used is the waterfall method, with system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) including: Use Case Diagram, Use Case Description, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Class Diagram, and Interface Design. The system is built using PHP programming and MySQL. With this system, it is expected to solve existing problems in the process of borrowing official cars, increase efficiency, and satisfy users with more structured and transparent services.
