The management of car rentals and fuel voucher claims at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Riau and Kepulauan Riau (UIWRKR) is conducted manually. This manual process presents several disadvantages, such as the potential for recording errors and inefficient workflow. These issues complicate the management of car rentals, fuel voucher claims, and the prediction of operational needs. The objective of this final project is to design and develop a web-based information system to manage car rentals and fuel voucher claims that is user-friendly and enhances efficiency and accuracy in documentation, control, and data processing. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews with relevant stakeholders. In the design of this system, UML (Unified Modeling Language) was used as a system description tool. The supporting software employed in the development of this application includes Laravel as the PHP framework, HTML for web page structure, and MySQL for the database. The outcome is an integrated information system for managing car rentals and fuel voucher claims that is user-friendly and improves the efficiency of the data recording process for car rentals and fuel voucher claims at PT. PLN (Persero) UIWRKR.
