ABSTRACT
In the electric power distribution system, not all power can be utilized optimally by
consumers due to power losses caused by technical and non-technical disturbances.
The methods used in this study include primary and secondary data collection, line
impedance calculations, and analysis of factors that cause power losses. The results
of this study are expected to provide recommendations in reducing power losses
and increasing the efficiency of electricity distribution in the studied feeder
network. The total value of power losses per phase in the Nuri Feeder on the R
phase is 1367,74 W, the S phase is 1186,67 W and the T phase is 989,56 W. The total
voltage drop generated in the Nuri Feeder on the R phase is 159.86 Volts, the S
phase is 40.95 Volts, and the T phase is 37,68 Volts. The percentage of voltage drop
in October 2024 on the Nuri feeder on the R phase is 0.27%, the S phase is 0.24%,
and the T phase is 0.23%. and the Percentage value of Power Losses used in
October 2024 on the Nuri feeder on the R phase is 0.999%, the S phase is 0.999%
and the T phase is 0.999%. And the percentage of power losses is still within the
tolerance limit because based on the SPLN standard no. 72 of 1987 the power loss
limit is 5%.
