Analisis Keunggulan Bersaing Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah Berbasis Kemitraan (Studi Pada Cv. Ghaffar Farm Bersaudara)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the competitive advantage strategy and innovation carried out by CV. Ghaffar Farm Bersaudara. The subjects in this study were a manager and three investors and the data analysis technique used in the study was SWOT analysis. The results of the study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out by CV. Ghaffar Farm Bersaudara in attracting public interest to partner is to approach the target audience and become a facilitator as an advantage to attract public interest to partner.
