The development of fish farming in floating net cages in the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Power Plant Reservoir is one of the alternatives to overcome the constraints of fish production, increasing aquaculture production can be said to be one of the promising economic improvements where from year to year the selling price for certain commodities is increasing. Fulfillment of the need for the amount of production for the domestic market and between regions can be increased, by knowing the productivity and income, so that farmers have a reference for increasing production so that it will then have an impact on increasing the income of farmers, and then make this one of the efforts to improve the household economy. This study aims; (1) To determine the productivity of the floating net cage business and (2) To determine the income of the floating net cage business. The results of this study indicate that; The productivity of large-scale floating net cage businesses in the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Power Plant Reservoir is higher than the productivity of small-scale and medium-scale businesses based on the results of the study obtained 1.25 for small-scale businesses, obtained a value of 1.45 for medium-scale businesses, and obtained a value of 1.54 for large category businesses. The 6x6x3 m³ cages produced a productivity of 1,300 kg/plot, and the 6x8x3 cages showed a productivity of 1,500 kg/plot. Obtained from the comparison of output and input. Income in the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir is profitable from small scale, medium scale and large scale. The total income received by floating net cage fish farmers in the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir for small scale businesses is IDR 961,350,000 per period. The medium scale business is IDR 3,312,450,000 per period and the large category business is IDR 15,287,250,000 per period. And the total profit received by floating net cage fish farmers in small scale businesses is IDR 331,771,000 per period with an R/C value of 1.52. In medium scale businesses it is IDR 1,341,124,000 per period with an R/C value of 1.68 and in large scale businesses it is IDR 6,472,092,000 per period with an R/C value of 1.73.
