Digital transformation is now a crucial factor in improving the efficiency of company operations, including in terms of partner and vendor registration. Currently, PT Kuala Lumpur Kepong Dumai still relies on a manual system that is prone to errors and often causes process delays. Therefore, this Final Project aims to design and build a web-based online registration information system. This system is designed to speed up the registration process, improve data accuracy, and facilitate the management and monitoring of registration status. In its development, this system uses a structured design approach with the help of UML modeling, and utilizes web technologies such as HTML, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and Firebase as its backend and database. The main features in this system include account registration, filling out registration forms, checking status, editing data, and an admin dashboard that makes it easy to manage prospective partner or vendor data. Based on the implementation results, this system has proven to be able to solve various problems that often arise in the previous manual process. By switching to a digital system, the entire process becomes faster, more transparent, and easily accessible by both users and administrators. This system development is also the first step for PT KLK Dumai in implementing digital transformation to support the sustainability and excellence of the company's operations going forward.
