Social deviation is a form of violation of social values and norms that have been established in society, social deviation can be done by anyone and anywhere, including women who are now increasingly becoming perpetrators of social deviation and much of the government's attention compared to men, this is based on the inability of one's personality to absorb good socialization. The existence of the Class IIA Women's Correctional Institution seeks to change the personality of a female prisoner for the better through personality coaching. This study aims to determine the form of personality coaching activities and obstacles that occur during the implementation of personality coaching, based on socialization theory. The research method studied also uses qualitative research methods in the form of describing a phenomenon and there are five correctional officers as informants selected based on purposive sampling techniques. The collection techniques used are observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that personality development consists of aspects of religious awareness, aspects of legal awareness, nation and state, aspects of intellectual ability, aspects of physical health and aspects of counseling and rehabilitation and is assisted by third parties who cooperate in personality development or Memorandum of understanding (MoU), but in the implementation of personality development there are obstacles that affect the implementation of personality development.
