Identifikasi Risiko Keterlambatan Konstruksi Pada Proyek Pekerjaan Pembangunan Gedung Berdasarkan Metode Saverity Index (Studi Kasus: Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Perkuliahan Integrated Classoom Universitas Riau)

ABSTRACT
The CWR-01 AKSI ADB UNRI Integrated Classroom Building contruction project had only reached 70.051% progress by the end of October 2023, while it was supposed to be 100%, resulting in a 29.498% delay. Because of this, it’s important to identify the risk that caused the delay. This study aims to identify potential delay risk using the Item-Level Content Validity Index (i-CVI), and analyze the validated risk using the Severity Index (SI) method. The Severity Index is a method that combines responses from several experts to measure the level of risk severity. Out of 46 identified risk factors shared with 8 respondents/experts, 12 were validated using the i-CVI test. The SI Method is then used to determine how severe each validated risk is in contributing to project delays. The top three highest-ranked risk factors are: too many additional tasks (0,55), complicated permit issues during project exedution (0,55), and incomplete or unclear design plans (0,50).
