Evaluasi Kelayakan Finansial Usaha Pembibitan Kelapa Sawit (Studi Kasus Pembibitan Kelapa Sawit Graha Maps Indonesia Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru)

ABSTRACT
Graha Maps Indonesia is a palm oil seedling enterprise located in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru. This business plays an important role in providing high-quality seedlings for the palm oil plantation sector in the region. This study aims to evaluate the financial feasibility of the palm oil seedling business at Graha Maps Indonesia by analyzing the financial performance for the 2020–2024 period and projecting the investment feasibility for the 2025–2029 period. The methods used in this study include Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and sensitivity analysis with regard to increases in production input costs (diesel fuel) and bank interest rates. The analysis results show that during the 2020–2024 period, the business generated an NPV of Rp2,709,784,646 and an IRR of 70%, indicating that the business is financially feasible, as the return exceeds the expected interest rate of 12%. The investment projection for the 2025–2029 period also shows positive results with an NPV of Rp2,703,896,128 and an IRR of 74%. Furthermore, the sensitivity analysis indicates that the business remains resilient to increases in production input costs (diesel fuel) and bank interest rates within reasonable limits. Therefore, the palm oil seedling business at Graha Maps Indonesia is considered financially viable and suitable for further development.
