Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Absensi Fingerprint Dan Pemberian Reward Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the influence of implementing a fingerprint
attendance system and giving rewards on employee performance at Badan
Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Riau Province. The population in this study
were all employees at the Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Riau Province,
totaling 496 people. The sampling technique used was Simple Random Sampling
using the Slovin formula with a confidence level of 10% so that the number of
samples in this study was 83 respondents. The data analysis method used is
multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that the implementing
a fingerprint attendance system has a significant effect on employee performance
at the Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Riau Province, giving rewards has
a significant effect on employee performance at the Badan Pendapatan Daerah
(BAPENDA) Riau Province, the implementing a fingerprint attendance system
and giving rewards simultaneously has a significant effect on employee
performance at the Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Riau Province.
