The Effect Of Compensation, Leadership Style, And Work Motivation On Employee Performance At Tenaga Muda Pekanbaru This Document Was Compiled And Submitted As One Of The Requirements For Obtaining A Bachelor Of Economics (S1) Degree At The Faculty Of Economics And Business, Riau University
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of compensation,
leadership style, and work motivation on the performance of employees at the
Tenaga Muda Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 55 with sampling
using the Purposive Sampling method, so the sample in this study was 52
respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data,
while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews.
The data analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression
test with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of this research show
that compensation, leadership style and work motivation have a positive and
significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tenaga Muda
Pekanbaru.
