In this increasingly modern world, people are beginning to realize how important
it is to maintain their health and well-being in their daily lives. The natural health product
market is also increasingly enlivened by people who are increasingly aware of the
importance of complying with health regulations. Therefore, Rosmini Herbal Oil is here
to help people manage their health in the right and safe way.
As a vast country, Indonesia has abundant natural wealth and rich cultural
diversity from the west to the east. With this potential, Indonesia has the opportunity to
become a developed country with a strong economy. One important step towards this is to
increase the number of entrepreneurs. In Presidential Regulation Number 2 of 2022
concerning the Development of National Entrepreneurship, the target is set to increase the
entrepreneur ratio to 3.9% in 2024. Currently, the entrepreneur ratio in Indonesia is still
below neighboring countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, through the
Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs, Directorate General of Higher Education, is
committed to supporting Indonesia's economic growth by producing more entrepreneurs.
One of the initiatives taken is the Student Entrepreneurship Development Program
(P2MW) which aims to develop students' interests, talents, creativity, and innovation in
the field of entrepreneurship. This program provides guidance, mentoring, and business
training to participating students. Students who participate in the P2MW program also
have the opportunity to be involved in the Independent Learning Independent Campus
Program (MBKM) which focuses on entrepreneurship in higher education
(Kemendikbudristek, 2023). This initiative is expected to form a strong entrepreneurial
ecosystem in the university environment and produce more students who have an
entrepreneurial spirit. The Student Entrepreneurship Development Program (P2MW)
provides a great opportunity for students to express their business ideas in the form of
structured and planned business proposals. This initiative is the first step for the Rosmini

Herbal Oil Team in pioneering their entrepreneurial journey. The selection process that
starts from the university level to the national level shows how tight and competitive this
program is. After passing the selection at the University of Riau, Team Rosmini's
proposal successfully advanced to the national stage and received funding from Belmawa.
The entire process, from the announcement of funding acceptance to the
preparation of the final report, reflects a profound learning process. The Rosmini
Herbal Oil Team has not only succeeded in proving the quality of its business
idea, but also demonstrated dedication and consistency in managing the business.
This success is a real reflection of the great potential of students in the field of
entrepreneurship, as well as proof that the synergy between creativity, hard work,
and the spirit of innovation can produce extraordinary achievements at the
national level.
